Academic Intervention
Kearney Junior High provides opportunities for students to take advantage of extra help, tutoring or just a quiet place to study.
Before School Help
Coach Hickman offers time for students to come in before school from 6:40 to 7:10 a.m. Monday through Friday when classes are in session. Due to the fact that our doors are locked until 7 a.m., students who wish to participate should be dropped off at the northwest corner of the junior high building and then knock on door #21 to gain entry.
After-School Help
Bulldog Zone is our after-school program. Bulldog Zone is available after school until 4:30 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays when classes are in session.
